9. Shipping

DigiWEB360 will coordinate shipping with the carrier for the buyer. Any shipping or handling expenses will be paid by the buyer. DigiWEB360 is not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage to the order once the shipping carrier has received it.

10. Cancellations and refunds

DigiWEB360 cannot refund money for orders that have been shipped or cancelled after they were processed. A $50 administration fee will apply if the order is cancelled once the proof has been requested.

11. Returns.

Because of the nature and price of the product, there are no returns after the order has been processed and/or shipped. All claims for defects, damages, or shortages must not be made after shipping the merchandise. Only orders that have been incorrectly processed will be replaced. Only after we receive the returned merchandise will the order be replaced. If we determine that the order has been misused or mishandled by the buyer or that the buyer used part of the order while the order is being returned, we will not replace it.

12. Reservations.

DigiWEB360 will accept all orders. DigiWEB360 reserves the right to refuse any order at any moment. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the price at any moment after receipt of an order.
